SECUDE is a member of iT_SEC SWiSS AG and was formed in 1996 from a partnership between SAP AG and the Fraunhofer Institute in Darmstadt, Germany. This partnership resulted in the Secure Network Communication (SNC) module for SAP AG. SECUDE is headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland, and has offices in the USA, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and United Arab Emirates.
