Impact:Response is the award-winning solution for the management of medium and large-scale building services and facilities management operations. It uses sophisticated internet technologies to provide office staff, customers and a mobile workforce with access to a full-blown operations management system covering all areas of a company's activity from estimates to stock control, labour scheduling to invoicing. Impact:Response was developed in partnership with Midlands-based property maintenance specialists Response Maintenance & Building Services Ltd. The solution resulted in National Winner and Mobile & Wireless category winner prizes at the Ecommerce Awards 2003, Best Integrated Solution award at the Channel Network Awards 2003, and Best Business Innovation at the Variety Club Awards. It is aimed at medium and large-scale building services and facilities management companies looking for a single, integrated, end-to-end solution for the management of their operation.
